Tamika Davis MP

Political Career: She is serving her first term as a Member of Parliament for Hanover Western, representing the Jamaica Labour Party, having won her seat in the 2020 General Election. MP Davis currently serves on the following Parliamentary Committees:

  • Committee of Privileges
  • Regulations
  • Ethics
  • Public Administration and Appropriations
  • House
  • Standing Orders

Profession: Attorney-at-Law, with experience as a clerk in the Family Court, as well as at the private bar.

Education: Montego Bay High School for Girls in St James and Rusea’s High School. She graduated from the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor’s in the Humanities, before pursuing Law.
