Morland Wilson MP

Political Career: He is serving his first term as a Member of Parliament for Westmoreland Western, representing the Jamaica Labour Party, after his victory in the 2020 General Election. He previously served as Deputy General Secretary of the G2K. MP Wilson currently serves on the following Parliamentary Committees:

  • Internal and External Affairs
  • Economy and Production
  • Committee of Privileges
  • Public Accounts

Profession: Business Development and Management, including being Managing Director of Prestige Logistics and Country Manager for the British Council.

Education: Manning’s High School, followed by Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Public Sector Management from the University of the West Indies, Mona. He also holds an MBA from the Open University.
