Alando Terrelonge MP

Political career: He has served as Member of Parliament for East Central, St. Catherine since February 2016. In May 2023 he was appointed State Minister in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade. MP Terrelonge has contributed to multiple ministries in the capacity of State Minister; in March 2018, he was appointed to the Ministry of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sports, in February 2019 was transferred to the Ministry of Education, Youth & Information and he then returned to the Ministry of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport in September 2020. MP Terrelonge serves on the Constituency Development Fund Committee of Parliament.

Profession: He is a partner at the legal firm Terrelonge Partners.

Education: He is a graduate of Campion College and received his law degree at The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus in 1998 and Norman Manley Law School, Mona Campus in 2000. In 2008, he was awarded the Chevening Scholarship to pursue a Masters at University of Warwick, UK related to International Criminal Law and International Human Rights.
