The Ministry of Finance & the Public Service (MoF&PS), has overall responsibility for developing the Government’s fiscal and economic policy framework; collecting and allocating public revenues and playing an important role in the socio-economic development of the country in creating a society in which each citizen has every prospect of a better quality of life. MOF through its operational responsibilities ensures that government pursues policies that facilitate: sustainable growth in the national economy, effective regulation of the country’s financial institutions and cost-effective delivery of public services, through highly committed, competent and motivated employees. In achieving these objectives, the Ministry’s portfolio is administered through fourteen (14) divisions.
